I lived disconnected from my true alignment for many years. We go down a path of “doing everything right” realizing we are left unfulfilled. We must learn to change directions, to release the addictions we have to our small self keeping us locked into patterns and beliefs, and step into our authentic alignment.
I now support women who are ready to release the conditionings that kept them locked into their small self, and into their expansion through somatic healing. I believe life is about living in the full connection with who you truly are. Each step opening more and more to the possibilities waiting for you.
