Whether you're gathering your friends, family, team, or hosting a retreat, group breathwork is a powerful way to connect, unwind, and share something truly transformative together. The session lasts about 60 minutes, and I’m happy to adapt the flow to meet your vision. Big group or small, I’ve got you!
We'll begin by setting intentions, then I’ll guide you through a simple (but potent) breath pattern to help release stress, clear the mind, and reconnect with the body. No experience needed—just come as you are. We’ll finish with time for meditation and integration, leaving space to land softly in your body and heart.
I’m a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, and I guide with a deep emphasis on choice —I’ll be guiding the breathwork technique, but always with the reminder that you are your own highest authority. This is less about doing it “right,” and less about staying in breath-holds for a specific amount of time = and more about listening to your own body. That’s where the real magic lives. I also love weaving in somatic tools to support a full-on, embodied, and transformative experience. I create a supportive, safe and non-judgemental space so everyone can feel fully supported.

✨ How many people can join?
Group breathwork is perfect for both intimate gatherings and larger groups. Whether it's 2 people or 30+, we can create a powerful, connected experience. Just let me know what you’re envisioning!
✨ Is this in person or virtual?
I offer both! I’m based in Park City, and I’m open to traveling for retreats or events. Virtual sessions are also a beautiful option—perfect for remote teams or long-distance groups.
✨ What should we bring or prepare?
All you need is a comfortable space to lie down. Also recommended: an eye mask, a cozy blanket, water, and a journal nearby. I’ll send a simple setup guide beforehand to make it easy for everyone.
✨ Can we customize the session?
Yes! Each breathwork experience can be tailored to fit your group’s intention or retreat theme. Want to add journaling, movement, or sharing time? I’m happy to collaborate and co-create something magical.
✨ Is breathwork safe for everyone?
Breathwork is generally safe, but not recommended for those who are pregnant, have epilepsy, or severe cardiovascular conditions. I’ll share a short waiver before we begin and offer modifications if needed.
✨ What’s the cost?
Pricing varies based on group size, format, and location. Fill out the form with your details, and I’ll get back to you with options that align with your vision. It can range from $250-500. Just depending on what you are looking for - let’s chat and figure out what aligns.
