If you really want to start living your life from creation rather than survival, we must get into your body and move the energy. And you need a way to feel your emotions. Period.

Your breath is your greatest asset. Breathwork sessions, by consciously using your breath, you will open the doorway to deeper levels of wellbeing, as you release the old and welcome new consciousness into your body.

Using breathwork, we work from the body and our nervous system to heal. During a breathwork session we will be using continual breath to break through stuck emotions & energy held within the body. The continual breath patterns allows us to get out of the thinking mind and access a deeper connection to body and self.
Working from the mind alone, there is a limit to how much we can dig into our depths. Get ready for access a deeper realm of your healing + expansion that you didn’t think possible. Get ready to fully arrive into who you are becoming.
About Me
Hi, I’m Katie!
Conditioning from the past creates a well of unconscious patterns that end up pulling us away from consciously living our lives. The frozen trauma in our bodies keeps us stuck in these unconscious patterns, living from the same patterns of the past. We become disconnected from our bodies and our true selves, forgetting our own magnetic power. I lived this way for many years. The minute I got into breathwork (and later expanded more into somatic healing) I made such massive shifts in a few weeks than I had in years. That is why I got into this work, to make the same difference for others.
My mission is simple: to feel the energetic power within myself, in an embodied state of authenticity, and to inspire others to do the same.
I am a trauma-informed certified breathwork facilitator, 200RYT yoga instructor, and the podcast host of Body Breaking Free Podcast. I have trainings in somatic healing, Wim Hof breathwork, energy work, meditation and mindfulness.
