Let this arrive in your body. Let it settle into your nervous system.
I align my body, my nervous system, with this vibration of wholeness and fulfillment.
what version of me already lives that vision? That version of me, what is it that she believes? What does she trust? How does she move?
I manifest by being, not from force. I align with the vibration of this wholeness and fulfillment. What would it feel like to move from this place? What could I create from a place of wholeness today rather than hustle or effort?
What if I allow my attunement to be enough today. What could I let go of holding onto? What could I instead open my energy to be available for?
Why We Return to Our Meditations 🖤:
🤍 When you allow your body to attune to safety, belonging and love within yourself, you come back home. This is when we move from true alignment.
🤍 The MORE you can open your body to safety and attunement, the quicker you will release the old patterns that are stuck/resistance/contraction, and the MORE you will return to your true alignment of ease.
🤍 It is about coming back again and again. This is why I created these daily somatic meditations — so that you can remember. so that your nervous system can realign to the present moment. so that you can return back home into wholeness 🌝. When we move from that place, magic can happen. our manifestations can happen. and then we can have the option to from choice, presence, authenticity, embodiment and joy. Enjoy ladies⚡️!
