For women who want to learn how somatic healing and breathwork can transform their relationship to food.

…and in the process reconnect back into themselves on a deeper level.

Your relationship with food is multidimensional – just like you. It is spiritual, emotional, energetic and physical.

This is why this program uses somatic healing and breathwork, to address all aspects of you, to make a sustainable and lasting transformation.

What’s Included:

We will be in a LIVE container: to be with community and live coaching!

ALL classes will be online over zoom.

90 minute call each day: (60 minutes a day + extra 30 minutes for questions/coaching)

ABOUT ME

& my why for this program…

I started on this path trying to lose weight. I struggled with a past eating disorder, and I knew I was finally ready to approach my weight with something supportive. So I went to a nutritionist, and we got on the macro – “count your calories plan”.

And it worked. For a little.

The problem is – once we go off the diet, we fall back into old patterns and nothing really changes.

So I decided to find a different approach. Luckily I was guided to intuitive eating and I continued to learn and explore anything I could get my hands on that would help find a sustainable approach. I found the work of Geneen Roth and Gabby Bernstein and Samantha Skelly. I started to integrate the philosophy of yoga, spirituality, chakras, and mindfulness. I then dove into the wonderful world of somatic healing and breathwork (body-based tools). All of these modalities I have combined to make a powerful approach. So that you can start to heal your relationship to food and body and step into your expansive presence.

 

My journey incorporating these modalities was so supportive – I started recommending it to everyone. My relationship to food started to heal. I arrive at a weight within my body that made me feel like me – I started to love myself again, love my body and I want the same for you. I am so excited you found me and you are here!

 

SOMATIC CLEANSE RESET

INTEGRATION

During the 5-days we will be clearing one food habit that isn’t serving you, and stepping into a version of you that aligns more with your truth & expansive nature. We will be shifting within levels: physically, mentally, and energetically.

Mentally: mindset changes. We will be integrating visualizations of the version of you you would like to step into. In our healing we need shadow work, but we also need a visualization of where we are going into — the joy and expansion.

Physically: the integration of breathwork can help us break free from old patterns by rewiring our nervous system and clearing stuck energy in our body. Allowing healing to transform through the body, healing on a cellular level. You will feel the shift in your body.

Energetically: energetically you will start to tune into your own energy, boundaries, and your own process of spiritual connection. This will guide you to truly tap into the essence that is you, your own inner power and strength. We will be using somatic tools to tune into your chakras and come into true alignment.


THE 5-DAY OUTLINE

DAY 1

Foundation + Creating Your New Vision

The first day you will create your new vision: how do you want to show up in your life? What is that one thing you want to let go of, and what will you be inviting in instead?

You will tune into your foundation by cultivating inner safety + tuning into new awareness. We focus on the basics of breathwork and how to expand your window of tolerance within your nervous system. We will talk about preparing for your journey to transformation.

DAY 2

Release Stuck Patterns

Day 2 we focus on the untangling process: releasing the old pattern and those parts within you that are scared or in protection.

You will learn how to begin trusting yourself by honoring that part of you that is in protection and becoming more self-aware.

DAY 3

Reconnect to Your Emotions

You will start to explore your emotions with a new awareness. You will learn breath techniques that will create space from the emotions and how to deal with cravings. You will learn how to tune into your intuitive self, rather than having the emotions control you. You’ll learn how to feel into safety, emotionally resourcing and developing awareness and compassion around your emotionality.

DAY 4

Magnetize Your Inner Power + Self-Authority

You will tap into self-authority (ADULT yourself) and allow an opening for your true essence to come forward. We dive into learning how to lean into your intuition + instinct. You will learn how to plug into source energy and tap into the vibrational frequency of the energy you want to carry into your days, allowing this new energy to expand into your life.

DAY 5

Connecting to Gratitude + Expansion

We will discuss creating a life that is from over-flow and feeling into that fulfilment. We will be connecting with gratitude for your body. We will focus on releasing the need to perform and doing, and instead inspiration and freedom.
