Yoga & Breathwork Somatic Practice

Come practice somatics. This is a great space to try somatic healing in practice: integrate the tools, feel and move into your body, and release emotions.

For Class: We’ll move through a kundalini yoga set, breathwork, and savasana meditation. This sequence is designed to create safety, release stored energy, and reconnect you back to your essence.

Investment: $27

Wear comfy clothes, yoga mat, pillow, water and a blanket or layers (for savasana). Create a safe private space that feels supportive to move, noise, and shake in. I will explain everything as we move through the practice. Come with a curious mind and open heart!

After these two classes, I will be making a consistent weekly somatic class. My intention is to create a container you can consistently come into to practice somatics, feel emotions, and nervous system regulation. If you have preference on weekdays + times, please email me and let me know!
