Class
We’ll move through a kundalini yoga set, breathwork, and savasana meditation. This sequence is designed to create safety, release stored energy, and reconnect you back to your essence.
What to Bring
Wear comfy clothes, yoga mat, pillow, water and a blanket or layers (for savasana). Create a safe private space that feels supportive to move, noise, and shake in. I will explain everything as we move through the practice. Come with a curious mind and open heart.

Somatic Healing it is in the practice
where real change happens.
What we will be doing during a somatic healing session (somatic/yoga/breathwork) is healing at the level of your body. Somatic — means “from the body”. We heal from a body-based approach — healing on the nervous system level.
Breathwork — is a modality that falls under the umbrella of somatic healing. It is a body-based healing tool. Breathwork allows the opening into our sensations & emotions. It an excellent tool we use to repattern and rewire our nervous system to come into safety.
I am a somatic facilitator that is trained in somatics, yoga, and breathwork. I help you learn somatics to heal on a nervous system level.
I will start our class by explaining everything you will need to know (outline, what to expect, breath pattern, ect) so you will have all the information to be able to fully drop into your practice.
