Lo Segal is a registered dietitian, yoga teacher, and owner of Ember Wellness. Through her own journey of reigniting her intuition, Lo became passionate about helping others find freedom with food and their body through intuitive eating and movement. Ember Wellness offers one-of-a-kind, body-based classes that integrate yoga philosophy and evidenced-based nutrition science to spark your intuitive wisdom for self-care.

2. 6-week Restorative Yoga Series at Continuum Mind + Body Collaborative

  • Thursday March 2nd - April 13th (no class 3/30). 

  • 5:30-6:30pm 

  • Can sign-up for the whole series ($100.00) or drop-in for individual classes ($20.00/class). 

  • Offered in-person (props provided!) or virtually

3. Integrating Intuitive Eating and Mindfulness at UofU's Lifelong Learning Center

  • Next course: Monday, May 15th - June 26th. No class 5/29 or June 19th.

    Yintuitive Eating Yoga is Ember's signature offering. This class incorporates gentle breath-to-movement flow, yin & restorative postures, & a mindfulness "meal" mediation with real food! With an emphasis on intuitive eating principles, this offering allows you to cultivate a deeper mind-body connection & practice utilizing your senses by mindfully exploring a food item. Food for meditation will be provided (chocolate, fruit snacks, crackers, etc), but students are welcome to bring their own as well! All levels are welcome. Offered in-person or virtually, props are available.
