Hey, you guys, and welcome back to body breaking free. So today might be the most vulnerable episode I have yet to put out. And the last two weeks, I haven't put out an episode. So I missed, I missed some weeks. And it was just so hard to jump on here, and I just wasn't fully ready to go. And I didn't know what to say I then wasn't ready to talk to you guys. And I wasn't really sure what I was gonna say anyway. So might as well, you're not gonna put good content out there, you might as well just let it lay, let it rest. And to be honest, and may still not really have words, but I do want to share just directly from my heart and be as open and honest as I can so that you can just feel, feel My Love, feel my resonance feel that all that we can do is is open up to a space of honesty and truth within us. And that's really when we get to feel freedom. And I hope me just opening up and sharing can soften someplace with some places within you that can open and feel into maybe some some honesty and truth that is within yourself. I also want to give you value from this episode. So I am going to offer a few things at the end that I'm hoping will give you some some tools that can really help you on your journey to personal freedom and growth and really stepping into your highest alignment that will just be that place of flowing energy constantly and then through you that you feel more joy and more love and more awake. So I think that is really why we are all here on this planet is to arrive into that place where we're meant to heal, so that we can arrive into our highest alignment and serve the world in that way. Because that energy is what we all crave. We all want you to be in your highest alignment. So let's just start with me saying I'm gonna take probably like six weeks, it's TBD. Honestly, it's hard to say exact, exact number that we're gonna break or pause for the podcast. And I might intermittently throw some episodes out there. I want it to feel a little bit more intuitive than just like throwing a ton of content out at you. My purpose with the podcast, initially was just to like create some momentum in a direction that I was serving me rate. So there was this like business kind of orientation with it because I wanted to create a business. I wanted the podcast to start kind of just like building an audience, I guess you would say like building an audience of people that resonate with this work. And also just creating momentum for me just to start putting one foot in front of the other because I wasn't really sure what I was going to offer and how I was really going to serve and how this business was going to look so in no way like it's been really great because I feel like it has kept me on track. It has kept the energy moving. But in a lot of ways I Don't think it's fully serving, who I want to help and serve. And the momentum is amazing. But I want to make sure that the content isn't just more information getting thrown out there in are very over, like bombarded over information overload, that we're all like having to process on a day to day like, daily, if you think about how much information we're getting thrown at us, it's just, it's a lot, it's a lot to consume. And I've realized that partly, I'm just kind of adding to that. And I would never like regret one minute of a podcast. And I'm just so grateful to be on this journey and, and honestly have the privilege to have the time to do a podcast, right, and the means to be able to do this. So I do feel fully honored and the way that I can represent the podcast, because I have the privilege to have the time and energy, which I feel like is important to uphold. And I also which that I'm not taking away from that, because I'm still holding that feel very honored. And that. However, I feel like the content has just been a very broad, and there's benefits, and that because you can kind of swirl and explore and be curious. But it's a lot of time Ray. And it's a lot of information again. And what I really like what my soul really wants is I want to find that one specific person that can use my help, and I can really serve her to her fullest. So that she feels really helped, and valued and seen. And she can move through the blocks and the limits and expand into her potential. And in order to do that, I do know I need to niche down. That's the whole, I learned this at the beginning, you guys like I took some online business courses, and I knew, you know, I knew I needed to niche down. But the clarity wasn't there yet. And it's probably great. Like, I know, it's great. I know, I was like guided on this path, the universe never makes mistakes. And I needed to learn through this process to get to a point of clarity. And so that kind of leads me into this whole pause, break with the podcast to just allow myself or giving myself permission to kind of untangle honestly, like there's been a lot of being confronted with some of my like deep wounds. It's not even wounds. I don't even know if I like that word. It's really like deep belief, beliefs, deep beliefs that have limited me. And I can see very clearly now why I didn't have clarity. And I was I was going at it in a very wrong, wrong way, whatever I'll say wrong way. And that was from the mind and that was from trying to figure it out. And I just of course kept hitting these blocks because I have these deep underlying limiting beliefs that of course, were blocking me from moving in the direction that I really felt deserving of and felt worthy and wholeness and is really in my highest alignment. And so we need to drop into the body like we got to drop into our heart we got to be embodied in our energetic and our we need to be dropped into the body so that we're not moving from the mental blocks the thinking mind that contains the narratives that contain the limits and beliefs. and live in lead really from the heart. And this is where the clarity is, like, in every cell, and every tissue in our body holds an imprint of our life. And it holds such immense wisdom. And moving through those moving through that energy can make massive shifts. So we can release, like from the nervous system, we can release the energy that's blocked there, and create more freedom and opening and gets us out of the mind. Get us out of this, like thinking and analyzing and having to figure it out. And the answers are really within, like, we hear all of these, it's so funny, because like, I hear all of these and read all of these spiritual teachings and

until you really feel what they're saying, it's, there's, there's a limit to how much that you can take in. So we need to have the conscious awareness, we need to come from the thinking mind, we need to regurgitate the information. And then we also need to process it, we need to feel it like I can say you can, you can live in lead from your heart, I can say that and you can understand like, what that means, what that might feel like. And then you can start to, like feel it and live from that place. And sense that energy that's associated with that. And it's a, it's a next level, right? You can only hit this glass ceiling. If you're just staying in the mind. And then you drop in and you feel it you start to live from that you start to your body starts to remember what that feels like. And you, you know, just drop into it and you just start living from that place. Okay, so I kind of like obviously, like, probably sidetrack. But now this is good, because I want each like what I'm saying, I also want it to, like, I want to give you value, right. So these are some of the things I've learned over the last two years doing the podcast. So that was a massive thing. And as I did the podcast and talk to all these amazing people, the breath work, the reason that I chose this tool to teach and I entered into this six month training to be a trauma informed facilitator is because it is the easiest tool to access, we all have access to it. And it is the gateway into that embodied place into our body where we can make these massive shifts, we can really start to open up space, we can like process memories, we can process energy, so that we can feel that flow of energy and we can live in an alignment. And personally, like, I couldn't believe within three weeks, you guys have doing breath work, I had these massive shifts. And I'm not saying that's like going to be for everybody and not everybody is going to have the same experience. But for me, like it was incredible. And I wasn't even expecting it to be like that, of course. So that is like my purpose. I just know that the breath work is going to transcend. And whatever path I choose to take, that will be part of my highest alignment. And that's also why I'm teaching it and, and I don't want to say there's a magic bullet for anything. It is always a journey. And it's there is no timeline for processing for healing. And your mind might have a timeline and your body has a completely different timeline and there is a trusting and allowing the process to unfold. That just needs to happen. Like if you're really looking to move through our past subconscious beliefs, limits. Blocks. It is a reprogramming. Right it's a healing I'm not to say it's not like the most rewarding journey ever, because it is because you do get to open your heart more you do get to love yourself on like a whole different level that you didn't even know was possible. And then you get to love the people in your life more, you gotta, you gotta give and receive that love in a whole different way. And so not to discount that the reward is like insane, like beyond what you could think is possible right now. I also think like, there's many practices, there's many tools that can get you into that state of your alignment, which you can call it your highest self, you can call it your soul. You can call it your highest alignment, you can call it source, wherever it is within you that feels like your truest essence, right, like your most natural, truest essence. Arriving in this place, there are many different ways that you can access this. Like sound, baps and yoga and meditation, mountain biking scheme, mic, bass jumping, I don't know what you're into, like, whatever you're into, um, and it varies person by person. And I think you just have to have a willingness to start somewhere and give yourself the deserving Ness, to land and meet yourself to really sit with yourself. And make the commitment to be in that place with yourself and just sink deeper into self. Now, with the breath work, I feel like a lot of people just are new to it, and they might feel a little nervous to try it totally understandable. I'm like a wellness junkie. So I was totally hyped when I got when I got invited to a Wim Hof workshop. And well, I don't even think I got invited that sounded so I got it. Like, let's be honest, I searched it out and signed up. Okay. The email as honest as possible, okay. Obviously, local studio signed up. And I didn't know like, I really didn't know what to expect. And that's just like, I just love being curious and trying out all these things. And I wasn't, I was not expecting it to be like therapy for me, I was not expecting to make these shifts. And I think that's a lot of people, they're just like, not sure what to do. And sometimes like you have that and you do not sometimes you always have that intuitive Whisper, whisper, but sometimes we don't know how to listen to it. So it's like, let's throw all these balls up in the air. I don't know, like meditation yoga, like, I don't want to do any of this, I've probably heard or read 100 articles that like to give me zero interest in trying any of these things. And, again, information overload we're being told what to do and what to try and what's right and what's wrong. So of course, the intuitive voice is been, like subdued and distracted. And it's okay not to have an intuitive nudge. If you are seeking a deeper connection with yourself, if you're seeking a life where you're living in your highest alignment, if you're seeking to move past some specific limits that you're feeling are holding you back, like for me, there was a big relationship limit, like I just was pushing away, just pushing him away. Always I just felt so much anxiety. I felt like I was unlovable. I felt like I couldn't open my heart. Right. And so that was like a big thing for me is when I started this, my back pain was like a huge thing that pushed me to you know, I just wanted to like, be relieved. find relief from chronic pain. So it's like, these things can pop up where we're like looking for relief. And that's great because whatever pain you're being faced with will arrive you deeper, a connection deeper to yourself. So it doesn't really matter what's like popping up for you. But if you are interested in breathwork and it's resonating, if it's feeling like oh yeah, like I want to try that in a safe space. I really want to offer these one on one breathwork sessions. And I was debating, like, how to put this out there and when, like what format, and I would love to offer it for free for the listeners, and I'll put this out on the newsletter as well. So the links and everything. And it would be just like one session for free, which normally I charge $125. And not to like, Whatever, whatever beliefs you have around money, right, just acknowledge that. But just to know, as an energetic exchange, I just want to relay the message that

you will get the same energy from me. So it's $125 for free. Because if you're having that intuitive nudge, this might help you just break into that breath workspace. And this session is going to be 75 minutes. And I made a special link for this because normally I do a 60 minute session, which is the 125. But if you want to try breathwork, I want to have 75 minutes to talk about your intention, talk a little bit about breath work, like why you might try it, what to expect, what you might get from it, and specifically for you and your goals. And then we'll do a breathwork session, I'll try it out. It's with music, it's just over zoom. So you can just find a comfy place in your house to lay down, we start with a meditation just to really settle into that sense of safety within your body that support. And then we'll breathe for about 25 minutes. And then we end with a meditation just to find some stillness to process to relax. And then you come back and you have time to process journal, or if you want to talk and relay some of the things that came up. And then we end the session. So I am here to just offer breathwork as this really powerful tool, and you can be coming at it from different angles, like you might want to reduce stress and anxiety in your life, you might be looking for clarity on a project or a business or something specific. You might be feeling tension in your body that you want to release, you might be feeling disconnection from your body, you want to come back into that connection. There's a lot of different things that might be going on here. What I've seen a lot of my clients come forward with is this finding themselves again, they just want to like feel that connection with self, they want to come back home to self. And I think that like ties in perfectly with arriving into your alignment like feeling that aligned place. It's that true essence of self, that self worth, like that worthiness that wholeness like yeah, like of course, like we, we lose that place. Because again, we're getting pulled into a million different directions by this like information overload. We begin to really like nitpick and control and manipulate because we're living in this like, there's a right and a wrong. And then we start feeling not good enough because we're not in the right all the time. Of course, like we're just trying to keep our head above water. We've built this a reality around a reality that is serving the marketing world. This reality that has driven our perception might not fit your reality. And I'm so glad okay, I'm glad this intuitively flowed in this direction, because this was something I thought about a few days ago that I wanted to bring into this conversation of creating your own reality. And it's the reality that fits you best like your truth. And for me, I feel like I've been trying to fit myself in this reality. Ready, that just hasn't made sense to me, there is a more truthful reality that is available for you. And feeling like you're living a life that is not your own. Even though on the outside, it might look perfect to everybody else. I want you to know, it's okay to feel that way. Because I felt that way. For most of my life, like I didn't understand, I just didn't get it. I just didn't know like, why everybody was acting the way that they were, and why we were choosing from this, like this or that. And there was just so much control. And it just, there's a lot and I'm still uncovering it. There's a lot of things that just weren't me, like, weren't my truth. And like, for instance, in human design, I'm a manifester. And whether you believe in or not, doesn't really matter. But there was so much truth and my chart that I resonated that that was like, a clarity of like, yeah, that like, that resonates to me so much. But that world was so different than the people and my family and my spouse, and not like not saying they might be living in a reality that is not their own. Right, but I thought I had to fit into this mold. And I was like, aching on the inside, there was like so much resistance and fear and pain. Because I didn't understand that. It was okay to live differently. And I didn't have the permission to live in the energy that I really felt resonant with. And of course, it just got pushed down and pushed down and suppressed and suppressed. And it just like lived inside of me. And it's really hard. I want to acknowledge that. It's hard to live in internal pain. And to feel like you're not living your life on your own terms. When the external looks so good. It's just so hard, because you can't just like tell the people that you love, like, Hey, I'm, like, hurting so deeply here. And they're like, we've given you everything, you have everything your life is perfect, right? Not saying that they would meet me like that. But I'm saying there's just like such a disconnection that it's confusing to the individual that this is how they feel, right? And now I'm talking in third person, but this is how I felt. And I just had a conversation with my husband, the other day that just like needed to go down. It wasn't like, it wasn't like an argument, but it was like a rich, you know, conversation that I just was like, hey, like, I have some truths, I need to tell you, and they're not going to sound great. Like they probably they're not gonna be what you want to hear. But it feels like truth to me. And it's like, it's gonna be super honest. And like, he said, some things that were really honest, and it was so refreshing, like, you know, the, like, the other person feels these things like you feel that energy. It's just not being said. And so even though the things that I were saying might not have been, like, what an bystandard would have thought the truth was or what he thought the truth was, but I was like, I need to say this truth, right? Because this is my reality. And I need to I deserve my own energy. Okay, so it's okay to be living in a place where you're feeling a disconnection from self from yourself. And I almost want to be like, of course, you feel that way. Like, of course, you feel that way. Right? Like, how else could you feel any other way? Give yourself permission to look and be like I've been living in a way that hasn't been bad and felt like me, and I need to get back to me. Okay, so that breathwork offering is here available. And these affirmations like I read them every morning, it just gives you a little nudge. And if you have three minutes in the morning, like that's it, that's all you need. And you just start to repeat, and you start to the words start to change the energy around, the words start to change, you start to notice, like, what feels resonant, what feels truthful for you. And it's okay, if this practice doesn't resonate. Again, like if you're unsure, try it out, right, try it out, the intuitive voice will let you know, eventually, if it's not already speaking.

And, look, I don't think that we can change our life by like, reading a list of affirmations every day, even if you did it for the rest of your life, I really don't feel like this is transformational work, I'm just gonna put that out there. Some people would totally disagree with me. I have felt transformation from affirmations. But it's it's almost like a catalyst for the next thing. So I do think this is like, I would almost say affirmations are just a spark for the intuitive hit. Like it's just a spark To start your alignment process. So I will put those so you can print them out, I open them in my bathroom, when I use the bathroom in the morning, I just read them. I'm swishing oil in my mouth. It's like probably way too much information. I do some Ayurveda practices in the morning, like scraping my tongue oil pulling. That is if you have any questions about any of this, like it's not about the practices, right? I don't care what you do, I honestly don't care what you do. But I care about is you holding some sort of space to be with yourself. You deserve that, like you've deserve that for a really long time. So, make that space right make that space is it is it is what will bring you back home, it will create that shift that like two degree shift that will plant you in a whole different place in the ocean. Right if you just make that two degree chef I'm you're way different down the line than if you just stayed on the same track. What else?
