So what really is somatic healing? 🤷🏼‍♀️ Somatic healing, is just your subconscious.

Your body stores past experiences, including unprocessed trauma. In the past, when we can't fully process our emotions at that time, they get trapped in the body. These emotions stay frozen until we feel safe enough to process them.

Your current pain, feeling and living in fear, or having anxiety — is just your body asking to be seen.

It really is that simple.

And it’s fun to work with somatics, because we get to feel, move, and breathe. and you get to really feel the difference.

You get to feel more of your body turn online. You get to feel more life yourself.
