14. Start a New Path, Choose to Feel Better

 

This moment. You can choose to start a new journey. You can choose to re-align with your Self. So you can approach your body goals with positive energy, alignment and connection.

You are here because you are trying to change your body so you can feel better.  You are ready to step onto your new path. To build a new relationship to your body.  Create a more positive approach diet and exercise. Find a new connection with your body and self.

You are here now because you know something is not working. Something is making you feel stuck. When we CHOOSE to step onto a new path, to find a new way better way, we are making this one moment a choice of empowerment. 

This is exciting! You are setting a whole new path for yourself so you can feel good. This journey - the best part is, each step, each moment, you have the ability to align with that amazing energy, and move in the right direction. You are breaking down the walls of the old patterns, old beliefs, old stories, old thoughts. You are choosing that this old system is no longer working and is not going to guide you anymore. It is an old path, and you are ready to start something new. 

There needs to be something to remind us that we can step onto this new path. Something that will help us come back to that energy of alignment. To guide us to take one more step in the right direction. This Podcast is here for exactly that. We are here together on this journey.
